Welcome to the Couples Workouts for Health and Happiness, a series of 3 fitness programs that will help partners get the strong, healthy, flexible bodies that they have always dreamed of.

This innovative concept is the first of its’ kind to meet the needs of both individuals. Filmed and performed in the comfort of a household living room, couples feel more comfortable and at ease with the laid back style of Gina Guddat and Larry Berg.

Three complete routines cover cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength in the upper and lower body, and core stability with stretches. Whether a beginner or a seasoned athlete, these workouts have every couple covered. Each routine offers various levels of intensity and difficulty, so they can continue to challenge each other and stay motivated together!

About Gina:

Gina Guddat has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She is both a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who had owned her own personal training studio. She has certifications from the American Council on Exercise & AFAA for Personal Training, Kickboxing, Group Fitness, Children’s Fitness, Senior Fitness and Dance Aerobics. She has also served as a continuing education provider for the industry and is a sought after speaker, writer and presenter.

Gina has a masters degree in psychology. She is a licensed mental health therapist and couple’s counselor in Seattle, WA. As a relationship expert, Gina’s mission is helping couples pursue healthy, happy lives both physically and emotionally. She believes that building a strong mind and body creates healthier, happier partnerships.
